Delivery Information

1. Order

We offer Delivery and Pickup service via our websites. By adding a delicious item of your choice to your shopping basket, you are bound to enjoy a fresh, tasty home cooked style meal. 

Please keep in mind that the minimum order quantity for delivery is 6 items, and we try as much as possible to offer our unique Flat fee of £5.00 for all local delivery, when we have a Distribution Agent in your areas. However, where not possible we charge £0.50 for every extra mileage above 10 Miles from our nearest agent or base.

2. Checkout

Submit your delicious items to the check out and add any delivery instructions/gift messages, select the Day, Time and Pay for your order.

3. Delivery

Your order is going to be delivered by our Distribution Agents or 3rd party courier Monday to Sunday. Our meals are delivered frozen and are packed in high quality insulated container or Bag to ensure that they are still frozen when you receive them.

4. Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, or any part of the delivery service please do contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email. You can email us by contacting returns@yumchop.co.uk or by using the enquiry form on our contact page. Alternatively you can call us directly on: 0800 029 9787.

As we sell perishable goods, we ask that you, the customer, inspect the food once you have opened the box. If you are unhappy with your goods we simply ask that you contact us immediately. We are happy to exchange/refund any items which you feel do not meet our quality standards, or any item that has been damaged in transit.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify this. We operate an open and honest policy at Yumchop Foods and will work hard to act on any problems.
