Whilst COVID -19 is not a food borne virus, as a food business owner (FBO) we continue to take responsibilities under food law in preventing food borne illness that may arise as a result of this in addition to protecting the wellbeing of our customers and staff.

Yumchop Foods are produced in a HACCP controlled environment (Hazard Analysis Critical Controlled Point) to ensure the food is prepared in safest manner. In light of the current pandemic, extra measures have been taken to heighten our processes to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitisation.
